LYNCHBURG, Va. – Connor Bazelak’s first game in a Bowling Green State University football jersey was one he likely wants to forget.
Camden Orth, despite having a couple nice plays, probably wants to move on quickly, as well.
The two 6-foot-3, 225-pound senior quarterbacks both saw action in the Falcons’ season opener at Liberty on Saturday, and both struggled overall. The duo combined for just 137 yards through the air, one touchdown, and five interceptions on 11 of 31 passing in a 34-24 loss to the Flames.
“It was very frustrating,” Orth said.
